Return & Exchange Policy

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Orders placed between November 23 and December 24 may take advantage of our extended holiday return policy. During these dates, Hellanbach Inc. will issue an exchange or refund until January 25th 2017. Refunds will be issued in the payment form and the amount tendered for the original transaction.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your order was shipped from our Warehouse, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged. In the event we are unable to fulfill an “on sale item” or exchange it, we may issue an in Store Credit.

Product Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Purchases made through our website will be in our database and can be easily verified.

To be eligible for any return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it’s not in the original packaging, the item(s) must not show any signs or smells of being worn, other than trying the Item’s on.
Hellanbach, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange due to returned products not suitable for resale.

Refunds
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Also, be aware that your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account. We will send you a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed it. There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted. If this is the case, we will contact you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after several days of being notified of the refund, first check your bank account again. Remember that your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Where to Ship Returns & Exchanges
Keep tracking information on your return, as we are not liable for returned merchandise that is lost in transit. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item from your shipping service.

1. Copy of your Receipt, or your online order #
2. Is this a Return or Exchange?
3. First and Last Name
4. Daytime Phone Number
5. What Item you would like to exchange it for. (Exchanges Only)
6. The Address where you would like to ship the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
